Full Circle Counseling and Wellness is accepting new clients for neurofeedback and nutrition services. We currently have a wait list for clients seeking therapy. By completing this contact form, you will automatically be added to our waitlist. When there is an opening, a therapist will reach out to talk with you about next steps.
If you have multiple family members looking for therapy services, please complete a contact form for each person.
If you are a provider making a referral or filling this out for a client, please verify the client’s name, phone number and who we should be contacting.
We see clients in-office as well as offer online video/teletherapy sessions. We have a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in place. We will help guide you through the process and assist you in getting set up for online sessions.
